Our two floors hold 110 installed and expandable seats. A seasonal peak takes a few weeks to prepare, provided we see it coming during scoping.
How do you guarantee data entry quality?
Through double entry on critical fields and sample checks on the rest, with a tracked error rate and rework at our cost beyond the agreed threshold.
Do you handle content moderation?
Yes, on written rules that you approve. It is demanding work and we take that into account in how we organise the teams doing it.
