What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: name, company, email, phone, subject and message. No sign up, no account, no profiling.
Why
To answer your commercial enquiry or your job application. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a professional approach.
For how long
Three years from the last contact for commercial enquiries, two years for unsolicited applications. After that, messages are deleted.
Who has access
The CallData staff responsible for sales or recruitment, and our form delivery provider. Your data is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for advertising.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third party trackers. There is therefore no banner to accept.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to contact@calldata.fr and we reply within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the competent supervisory authority.
